**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- PrimaryResponsibilities:

- Understanding of basic financial ratios andconcepts.
- Interpretation of financial reports.
- Should be able to work on Word, Excel,PowerPoint, etc. Compiling documentation & issuing a CA certificate (Form3CEB)
- Assist in handling assessments relating toInternational & Domestic Transfer Pricing
- Assist in drafting of submission, research ofcase laws etc.
- Support the entire practice of Transfer pricingby establishing the required co-ordination channel and liaisoning.
- Secondary:

- Understanding of basic and some advance directtax concepts with good practical experience.
