1. Project Planning and Coordination: You will work closely with project managers, architects, and interior designers to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and establish timelines. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Site Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the construction site. This includes managing labor resources, coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling work activities, and ensuring adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

3. Quality Control: You will monitor the quality of workmanship and materials at the site, conducting regular inspections to ensure that construction activities meet the project's quality standards. You will identify and address any deviations or deficiencies, ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations.

4. Resource Management: You will manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity. This involves coordinating the delivery of construction materials, equipment, and tools to the site, and ensuring their availability when needed.

5. Team Leadership: You will lead and supervise the site team, which may include construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. You will provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure that everyone works cohesively towards project objectives.

6. Progress Reporting: You will provide regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders. This includes documenting daily activities, tracking milestones, and updating project schedules to keep all parties informed about the project's status.

7. Safety and Risk Management: You will enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations at the construction site. You will identify potential hazards, implement safety measures, conduct safety training, and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.

8. Problem Solving: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. This may involve finding solutions to unexpected delays, coordinating changes in project scope, or addressing technical difficulties.

9. Communication: You will serve as a key point of contact between different stakeholders, including project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients. Effective communication skills are essential to convey project updates, address concerns, and ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals.

10. Documentation: You will maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including site reports, work orders, change orders, and other relevant records. This documentation helps in tracking project progress, managing costs, and resolving any disputes that may arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
