This is a **full-time role**involving **regular field visits to used bike and car dealerships, based in Bangalore.**

We are an established and fast-growing online two-wheeler marketplace in India. We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking to hire a **Sales Intern** to join our team in **Bangalore**. High-performing interns will be considered for a **permanent position as an Associate City Sales Manager** based on performance during the internship period.

**Job Location**:
HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit used bike and car dealerships in assigned locations to introduce our marketplace and partnership benefits.
- Assisting new dealers with the onboarding process and account setup.
- Achieve dealer acquisition targets during the internship period.
- Providing continuous support to existing dealers by addressing concerns and fulfilling requests.
- Monitoring dealer dashboards and ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent dealer support.
- Maintaining and updating sales data in Google Sheets.
- Organizing and conducting Google Meet calls for business partnerships.
- Tracking sales activities and reviewing sales performance.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Highly self-motivated with an interest in sales, marketing, and the automobile sector.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilient and positive when facing rejection.
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for scheduled meetings.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Qualification**:

- Graduates, preferably MBA, with strong communication and persuasion skills, willingness to engage in field sales, and a keen interest in the automobile sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
