**Position Title**: Housekeeping Supervisor
**Department**: Housekeeping
**Reports to**: Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping
**Location**: Toshali Sands Resort

**Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Train new employees on housekeeping protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.

**Quality Control and Standards**:

- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Implement and monitor cleaning procedures to ensure quality, cleanliness, and orderliness in all areas.
- Respond promptly to any guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping issues and ensure swift resolution.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and items are used efficiently.
- Track inventory levels and report any shortages or damaged items to management.
- Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that housekeeping staff follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment by regularly inspecting the workplace for potential hazards.

**Guest Service**:

- Uphold a high level of customer service by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are impeccably maintained.
- Communicate and collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure smooth guest experiences.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and inventory usage.
- Assist in creating reports regarding housekeeping department performance, guest feedback, and maintenance issues.
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate any relevant issues to management.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
