Regulatory Ba/pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management support of business risk and control oversight and other large global strategic initiatives
- Management reporting of business intelligence and other key Investments initiatives
- Data Collection and evaluation
- Design and provide day-to-day support to management in the form of ad hoc analysis stretch assignments as needed
- Coordinating work streams that focus on data, technology, product initiatives
- Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years relevant experience
- Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
- Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience.
- Interest and experience in the financial services industry, in particular in the areas of technology and data mining.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred

Skill Set Required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst and Project Manager for large scale IT Projects
- Requirement Elicitation: Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Project Business and Functional

Requirements and explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of

functional requirements. Acting as a “translator” between the Business, Operations, Change, Legal, Finance,

ICRM, Technology Teams
- Project Management: Experience and good understand all knowledge areas of Project Management and able

to work within Project triple constraint - Scope, Cost, Time.
- Product / Domain Knowledge:

- Investment domain - Equities Cash, Cash Bonds, OTC Derivatives, FX etc
- Understanding of Private Banking Business - Financial Products, Client Account Data
- Experience in working for Regulatory Reporting Projects
- Securities Reference Data (SMC in ISG)
- Techno-functional Knowledge:

- Data Analysis using Oracle SQL Developer
- Experience in ETL Transformation
- Handy with Excel
- Documentation: Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD,

Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned and Agile like Scope Document,

Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results
- SDLC: Good knowledge of Waterfall, Agile Scrum Methodology
- Stakeholder Engagement: Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
- Requirement Traceability: Ensure traceability from Business Requirements to Production Deployment
- BA/PM Certifications - CBAP, PMI PBA, PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI PgMP will be preferred
- BA/PM Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Planview, MS Excel, Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint
