Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:Student Recruitment**:

- Actively engage with prospective students interested in Clinical Psychology programs through in-person, online, or phone interactions.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, open houses, and webinars to promote the Clinical Psychology program.

**Admission Guidance**:

- Assist prospective students in understanding program offerings, admission criteria, and career opportunities in Clinical Psychology.
- Answer queries related to curriculum, licensure pathways, internship opportunities, and faculty expertise.

**Application Review and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate personal statements, recommendation letters, academic records, and clinical experiences.

**Counseling and Support**:

- Offer personalized support to prospective students, addressing concerns about program fit, financial aid, and career outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help applicants make informed decisions.
- Foster a supportive and professional environment for applicants throughout the admission cycle.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Clinical Psychology department to stay informed about curriculum updates, faculty research, and program enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create outreach materials tailored to psychology applicants.
- Coordinate with financial aid officers to provide information on scholarships, grants, and payment plans.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Monitor enrollment targets and implement strategies to meet them.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buxar, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
