Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing them with detailed information about the institution’s programs, admissions requirements, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and conducting informational sessions, open houses, school fairs, and campus tours.
- **Admissions Guidance**:

- **Counseling and Support**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and parents to help them understand their options and choose programs that align with their academic and career goals.
- **Interviewing and Selection**:

- Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their qualifications, motivation, and fit for the institution.
- Participate in the admission decision-making process by providing feedback and recommendations to the admissions committee.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and external agencies.
- Follow up with accepted students to encourage enrollment and assist them with the next steps, including financial aid and scholarship opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
