About the Role: Our client is looking for a visionary CFO to drive financial strategy and operations, particularly focusing on preparing the company for its SME IPO. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and capital raising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Oversee financial reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
- Manage IPO-related financial due diligence and investor relations.
- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
- Collaborate with auditors, merchant bankers, and legal advisors.
- Establish strong internal controls and financial governance.

Qualifications:

- CA/CFA qualification mandatory; MBA Finance is a plus.
- 8-15 years of financial leadership experience.
- Strong exposure to SME IPO processes and SEBI regulations preferred.
- Experience in the diamond/jewellery or luxury goods sector is a big advantage.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on financial operational experience.
- Strong Communicator

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
