**Role Overview**: The Operations Executive for Training and Client Job Handling is responsible for managing client projects, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, and overseeing all operational tasks related to client satisfaction and service delivery. This role combines elements of project management, client handling, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Job Handling**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Manage and monitor the execution of client projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular updates and progress reports for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure that all client deliverables are met within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
- **Training Coordination**:

- Organize and schedule training sessions for clients, both online and in-person.
- Work closely with the training team to ensure all content and materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Customize training programs as per client requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and participant coordination.
- Track participant feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the training programs.
- **Internal Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, trainers, and customer service to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication between the client and various departments to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Assist in training new team members on operational processes and client haclient-handling
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client and training operations.
- Implement best practices for project management, client relationship management, and training delivery.
- Ensure all operational procedures are documented and followed.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track the performance of client projects, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Provide regular reports on project status, training effectiveness, and client feedback.
- Participate in the evaluation of client projects post-delivery to identify areas for improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: Fresher
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Project management skills with a solid understanding of operational workflows.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
