**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting products/services, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers through calls, networking, and leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and updates to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
