**Job Title**:
**Siemens PLC Programmer (S7-1200/S7-1500, Fail-Safe) & LabVIEW Developer with HMI Integration**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **Siemens PLC programs** (S7-1200, S7-1500) using **TIA Portal**:

- Implement and test **Fail-Safe safety logic (F-PLC)** in accordance with safety standards
- Integrate and configure **Weintek HMI** systems using EasyBuilder Pro
- Perform **I/O mapping, signal testing, debugging**, and on-site commissioning
- Develop complete **HMI/SCADA interfaces** for user control and data logging
- Collaborate with design and electrical teams to understand functional requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions
- Conduct **troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade** support for existing PLC and HMI systems
- Document software architecture, source code, logic diagrams, and operation manuals

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong hands-on experience in **Siemens TIA Portal** for S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLCs
- Experience with **LabVIEW (NI)** development for test systems and data acquisition
- Knowledge of **Weintek HMI** development using **EasyBuilder Pro**:

- Familiarity with communication protocols like **Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP**:

- Ability to read and interpret **electrical schematics and control diagrams**:

- Strong understanding of **industrial automation**, sensors, actuators, and control logic
- Experience in **troubleshooting field issues** and supporting commissioning teams

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering**:

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems
- Certification in **Siemens PLC or LabVIEW** (Preferred but not mandatory)
