**Location**: Korattur, Ambattur, Chennai

Sri Sai Electroplating Automation Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of turnkey electroplating plants and automation systems. We specialize in automated, semi-automatic, and manual plating plant solutions with integrated PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement **PLC programs** (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, etc.).
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot **PLC, HMI, and SCADA** systems.
- Prepare detailed **electrical panel circuit diagrams** and wiring layouts using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Estimate **costs of PLC hardware, control panels, electrical components, drives, wiring, sensors**, and automation devices.
- Select components based on project requirements and prepare **Bill of Materials (BOM)** with pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain and compare quotations.
- Support field installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Maintain complete documentation for control systems and electrical designs.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in **PLC programming (Siemens or equivalent)**.
- Strong working knowledge of **SCADA, HMI development, and industrial networking**.
- Skilled in **electrical circuit diagram design and panel layout**.
- Experience in **estimating material costs** and preparing BOMs.
- Familiar with automation hardware specifications and procurement.
- Understanding of plating process control and chemical plant automation is an added advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in **industrial automation and electrical design**.
- Experience in electroplating plant or surface finishing systems preferred.
- Willing to Travel client locations based on Projects

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
