**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, verify, and process customer invoices in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure data integrity within ERP modules.
- Track and monitor accounts receivable, outstanding payments, and credit notes.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate regular billing reports, summaries, and MIS for management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements while invoicing.
- Manage customer queries regarding bills, invoices, and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities in ERP.
- Reconcile invoices with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance ERP billing efficiency.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
- Hands-on experience with **ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Tally ERP/Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)**.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
