**Job Title**: Finance Management Executive / Officer

**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Reports to**: Finance Manager / CFO

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in financial audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Analyze costs, margins, and inventory to support pricing and production decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
- Provide financial data, reports, and insights to management for decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial activities.
- Support process improvements and implementation of financial controls.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting (preferably in manufacturing or OEM sector).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in numbers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with cost control and budgeting in a production environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
