At QED42, we seek a Finance Intern to join our team and support critical financial operations. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with financial processes, modern accounting tools, and administrative workflows.

**Your Role**

As a Finance Intern, you’ll work closely with our finance team to manage day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations while supporting our transition to Zoho Books and Keka.

**What You’ll Do**

Invoice Management
- Create and update Statements of Work (SOW) in Zoho, including invoicing timelines.
- Generate sales invoices using Zoho Books.
- Record and verify purchase invoices with attention to detail.

Bank Transactions
- Record daily bank transactions in Zoho Books.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.

Payments and Reports
- Prepare and maintain a summary of payments due, updating it regularly.
- Assist in maintaining and updating Management Information System (MIS) templates.
- Support financial forecasts and periodic updates.

Employee Reimbursements
- Maintain organized records of reimbursement claims.
- Verify reimbursement documents to ensure compliance with policies.

Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support
- Organize and maintain financial records.
- Follow up on pending tasks and assist in preparing reports and conducting analyses.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve queries and support financial processes.

**What We’re Looking For**

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or pursuing CA.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Skills in invoice creation, MIS preparation, and payment processing.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is a plus.
