**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage **sales invoices**, enter vendor bills, and maintain clean ledger records.
- **Maintain & audit books of accounts** ensuring completeness and accuracy in Tally or ERP.
- Handle all statutory compliances:

- **GST** filing, reconciliation & returns
- **TDS**, **TCS** deduction, payment & returns
- **ITR preparation** & documentation
- Conduct **internal audits** and assist in year-end closure with external CA/auditor.
- Prepare **manufacturing stock journal entries** as per BOM/production flow.
- Execute and manage **export billing & documentation**, including invoice, packing list, LUT, shipping bill coordination, etc.
- Maintain accounting hygiene for **digital and physical records**.
- Ensure timely **month-end closing** and process follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum **1 to 2 years of experience** in core accounting, ideally from a manufacturing, exporting company

**Education**: Preferable **B.Com / M.Com / CA or CFA Inter**

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of **GST, TDS, TCS, ITR**, and **Accounts Finalization**:

- Hands-on experience in **Tally ERP** & Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Working knowledge of **manufacturing accounting & stock journal entries**:

- Experience with **export invoicing and export documentation**:

- Proactive, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented work approach
