**Purpose of the role**:
The **Talent Acquisition Advisor - Technology** will build trusted partnerships and provide expertise to internal stakeholders in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across various disciplines in Technology, Digital, and Data fields in the APAC region.

Over the past two years, HR has significantly evolved at Indicia Worldwide from being purely transactional to a true value-add function, acting as internal advisors and partnering with the business to think strategically in everything relating to our people, becoming the “People & Capability” team.

- Recruitment and Resourcing_
- Partnering with hiring managers, senior leads, and the global Talent Acquisition team to create talent attraction strategies and build a talent pipeline in line with current and future business needs
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing, talent attraction, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Always on the lookout for creative, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing channels and techniques to attract top talent to Indicia Worldwide
- Acting as a first point of contact and talent ambassador for Indicia Worldwide internally and externally
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on our internal systems
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as required and agreed with the line manager
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing insights with the business stakeholders
- Working with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This includes taking initial briefs on the role, advising, and guiding on best practices, challenging and influencing if needed and updating on progress throughout the process
- Adapting to the different cultures and standard practices across all regions
- Partnering closely with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and business objectives, offering innovative recruitment solutions

- Actively contributing ideas to talent-related content of Indicia Worldwide’s social media channels

**Skills, knowledge, experience, and exposure**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting/resourcing in a fast-paced environment across multiple departments, specialisms, and regions
- Proven experience in successfully sourcing and recruiting hi
