We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Real Estate Company based at Faridabad Sector 37, Near Sarai Metro Station.
Salary - 10,000 to 18,000 and can be negotiated according to skills and experience.
Timings - 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (6 Days Working).
Job Responsibilities - Lead Generation through telesales. Data will be provided by the company only.
Address - NDR Group, Sai Tower, 12/2, Sector 37, Near Bharat Gas Agency,
Walk in distance from Sarai Metro Station.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources
- Excellent Verbal Communication & Presentation Skill
- Able To Negotiate
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Ability To Network
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
