**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Infra Purchase**:
- Understand the specific requirements for IT infrastructure purchases.
- Identify and research reputable vendors in the market for IT hardware and software.
- Raise inquiries with multiple vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
- Analyze quotations, compare prices and terms, and select the most suitable vendors.
- Negotiate with Vendors for Price and other aspects of procurement.
- Generate PRs, Pos & GRNs in SAP and other applicable systems.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors.
**Support Call Management**:
- Utilize ticketing tools to track and manage service calls.
- Submit daily status reports on service call resolution.
- Forward service calls to the appropriate service engineers.
- Coordinate with service engineers and the IT infrastructure team as needed.
- Maintain records of breakdowns and downtime.
**IT Inventory**:
- Maintain accurate records of all IT hardware inventory.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
