**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for **non-IT** positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Use job portals, social media, and other channels to source top talent.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in **non-IT recruitment**.
- Prior experience working in a recruitment firm or staffing industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
