**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual counseling sessions to students to address academic, personal, and emotional concerns.
- Conduct group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify students in need of support and develop intervention strategies.
- Assess students' needs and develop personalized counseling plans to support their academic and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant research, trends, and best practices in counseling and student development.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs aimed at promoting student well-being and success.
- Serve as a resource for students seeking information and referrals to additional support services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams and committees focused on student support and success initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to student counseling services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in counseling or student support services, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with students.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude towards students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical guidelines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
