**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement **engaging, play-based learning experiences** aligned with the **IB PYP framework**.
- Foster a **nurturing and stimulating** classroom environment that supports **early childhood development**.
- Encourage students to develop essential **social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills**.
- Use **interactive teaching strategies** to promote inquiry, exploration, and hands-on learning.
- Design **age-appropriate assessments** to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate **transdisciplinary themes** into daily learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with **parents** to ensure holistic development and well-being of students.
- Participate in **IB training and professional development programs**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field**.
- **Teaching certification** (D.El.Ed., B.Ed., ECCE, or IB-recognized training preferred).
- **Prior experience in early years education**, preferably in an **IB PYP or international school** setting.
- Strong understanding of **child development principles** and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
- Excellent **communication skills in English**; ability to engage with young learners effectively.
- Ability to integrate **play, storytelling, art, and movement** into daily lessons.
- Passionate about creating a **positive and engaging** learning environment for young children.
