**Role Overview**:
As a **Java Trainer**, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to fresh graduates with a technical background. You will play a key role in shaping their foundational and advanced understanding of Java technologies, preparing them for real-world IT roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on **Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate**, and basic **REST APIs**.
- Design and update training curriculum and materials as per industry needs.
- Track and evaluate students’ progress through assessments, coding tasks, and mock interviews.
- Mentor and guide students with career insights, problem-solving approaches, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with placement teams to align training output with hiring standards.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of **Java training experience** in corporate, academic, or edtech environments.
- Strong knowledge of **object-oriented programming, data structures**, and **Java development frameworks**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proven track record of training and grooming fresh graduates for placement.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ), and debugging tools.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring.

**Good to Have**:

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience in conducting online training sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Knowledge of additional technologies (e.g., Frontend basics, SQL, Microservices) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
