**Key Responsibilities**:

- Machine Operation: Operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications and production schedules.
- Setup and Calibration: Assist in setting up and calibrating machines, including selecting and installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Quality Control: Monitor machine performance and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications using measuring instruments.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities, deviations, and any issues encountered.
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and handle machinery with care.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Basic ITI qualification (Industrial Training Institute) in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in operating CNC machines or in a related manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
**- Skills**:

- Basic understanding of CNC turning machines and their components.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
