We are seeking a skilled CNC Punching Operator to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Punching Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC punching machines (including Muratec, Amada, or equivalent models) to manufacture precision sheet metal parts. If you have experience with CNC machinery and are detail-oriented, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC punching machines, including Muratec, Amada, or equivalent models, to create holes, slots, and other shapes in sheet metal according to customer specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand part requirements.
- Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings for specific job requirements.
- Perform regular quality checks on parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Monitor machine performance to ensure parts are being produced correctly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or electrical issues on the machine.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and operating procedures.
- Keep detailed production logs and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and changing parts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating CNC punching machines, including Muratec, Amada, or equivalent models, in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Basic understanding of machining and metalworking techniques.
- Ability to measure accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform routine machine maintenance.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and manipulate heavy materials as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CNC programming experience (or familiarity with CAD/CAM software).
- Certification or training in CNC operations.
- Previous experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
