Responsibilities:
1) Financial Management:
Collect and save invoice bills.

Maintain the cashbook.

Make payments to cleaning staff.

2)Stock Management:
Check stocks and purchase office items such as A4 sheets, pens, housekeeping items, etc.

3)Equipment Maintenance:
Manage air conditioner maintenance, ensuring timely service and complaint resolution by contacting repair personnel.

Maintain the generator and check diesel levels regularly.

4)Event Coordination:
Arrange office functions, including birthday celebrations and other events.

Purchase snacks and drinks for events.

Print certificates and purchase trophies for events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
