**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning.
- Support in scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
**Key Requirements**:
