Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Accountancy to Classes 11 and 12 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, academic resources, assignments, and assessments.
- Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board examinations.
- Conduct remedial sessions and provide personalized academic support.
- Supervise evening study hours and assist with students’ academic planning.
- Participate actively in school events, mentoring programs, and co-curricular activities.
- Undertake boarding house duties, ensuring student well-being and discipline in the residential setting.
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes inquiry, responsibility, and respect.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Master’s Degree in Commerce/Accountancy along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE).
- Prior experience in a residential school setting is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to contribute beyond academics, including mentoring and residential life.
