**Job Description: PGT Accountancy Teacher**

**Position**: Post Graduate Teacher (Accountancy)
**Location**: Whitefield
**Experience Required**: 4-5 years teaching Grades 11 & 12
**Qualification**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Com for Accountancy)
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - Mandatory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy for Grades 11 and 12.
- Prepare and implement academic lesson plans aligned with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).
- Design and evaluate assessments to monitor student progress.
- Prepare students for board examinations with thorough concept clarity and practice.
- Use innovative teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning.
- Maintain academic records, submit progress reports, and attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Participate in school events, academic planning, and teacher development programs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the latest syllabus and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
