EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:3+ years**of experience teaching IB/ Cambridge International Curriculum, CICTL Training Certificate (Optional) preferably for Grades 9-11 or equivalent levels.

**WORK D**AYS: Monday to Saturday

WORK TIMINGS**:4 hours office + 4 hours online classes** (4.30 pm to 10.30 pm based on schedule - no fixed timings)

NOTICE PERIOD: 0 to 10 days

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**:3-Rounds** 1st round telephonic, 2nd round G-meet rounds, 3rd round final HR discussion (online/in person)

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably for Grades 9-11.
- Familiarity with international curricula (CXC, Cambridge, IB) is a plus.
- Teaching certification (e.g., CICTL) is an advantage.
- Proficient in digital teaching tools and online platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for online teaching.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Position Overview**:Accountancy Lecturer**

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Accountancy Lecturer to teach Grades 9-11 under the CBSE and CICTL curricula. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading interactive lessons on financial accounting, journal entries, balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow.
Crafting engaging content like presentations, worksheets, and quizzes to make learning fun and impactful.
Conducting regular assessments and providing real-time feedback to support student growth.
Creating a student-first, tech-driven classroom that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Delivering lessons seamlessly across online and in-person platforms, using the latest digital tools.
Collaborating with a creative team to keep the curriculum fresh, relevant, and student-focused.
Strong expertise in accountancy and familiarity with CBSE and CICTL standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage students.
Passionate about using both traditional and digital methods to make accountancy exciting and accessible.Ready to bring a modern, interactive approach to the classroom.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Teach interactive online lessons for Grades 9-11, following the CXC curriculum.
- Use digital tools and activities to enhance student engagement.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, and assessments to support learning.
- Manage teaching, communication, and assessments via the LMS and GDS App.
- Track student progress and provide feedback through quizzes and exams.
- Collaborate with the GDS team to deliver curriculum and innovative content.
- Perform administrative tasks like record-keeping and report preparation.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Mentor Guyanese teachers and share best practices.
- Participate in training to stay updated on digital teaching methods.
- Ensure smooth communication with students, parents, and stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
