**Job description**

We are looking for Accounts Executive, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivable and accounts payable. This includes tracking payments, billing customers. The Accounts Executive is also responsible for accurately forecasting and budgeting, and reporting accurate and timely financial statements.

**Requirements**:
The Accounts Executive must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An understanding of accounting and finance principles is essential.

Ensure financial activities such as cash flow, financial statement, and ratios statutory compliance - execution, and coordination. Ensure and verify the accounting of all costs and transactions for that particular period.

Assist day to day entries in tally.

Verify the invoices as per GST compliance.

Booking purchase and sales invoices in tally with knowledge of statutory GST compliance.

Regular bank reconciliation.

Labour payments as per NMR.

Sub-Contractor bills checking and Payments.

Coordinating with Construction Sites for bill processing.

Maintaining ledger, petty cash.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
