Injection Molding Machine Supervisor

Supervise daily production activities related to injection molding operations
- Allocate manpower and assign duties to machine operators and helpers
- Ensure smooth machine operation and troubleshoot any technical issues on the shop floor
- Monitor machine settings and parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and repairs
- Maintain proper documentation of production output, downtime, and material usage
- Implement and enforce safety practices and ensure a clean working environment
- Conduct training and skill development for junior staff and new operators
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to address defects and quality concerns
- Optimize machine cycle time and reduce material wastage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- operating and supervising injection molding machines: 4 years (required)
