Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Work Experience : 1-3 years in Plastic or Metal industry

Knowledge & Skill: Mould setting, Mould fitting, Die setting, Die fitting, Injection moulding die setting, troubleshooting, Die casting moulding die setting, Compression moulding die setting, operating, PLC control operation, knowledge of material types and material handling. Must be able to safely run production on automatic and semi automatic moulding machines (all type of moulding acceptable, including blow moulding, thermosetting etc). Must be able to do FAI over production batch and lot size. Must be able to do production planning independently, compensatory planning etc. Liasoning with other departments such as machine shop and CNC tool room.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
