**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- Incumbent should have experience in managing finished goods warehousing and dispatches.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

- The incumbent will handle warehouse expenditure with cost control.

**Customer Oriented**
- To prepare
- Dispatch Coordination Report.
- Delivery Status Report.
- SKU Tracking Reports.
- To analyses all available data for the purpose of Management Discussion and Analysis.

**People Oriented**
- The incumbent will deal with government/local authorities as and when required.

**Internal Business Process**

**Inventory Control**
- He will be responsible for managing inventory as per company desired norms.
- Delivers items to International Distributor by verifying orders.
- Arranges transportation.
- Organizes item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance.
- Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
- Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; ordering carriers.
- Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.
- Keeps International Distributor informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Protects the organization’s reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.
