Currently, we are looking for Purlin Machine operator in VKIA Jaipur location
- Prepare and operate Purlin machines to perform tasks.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
- Create, load, examine and modify Purlin machine programme's as per requirement
- Jobs should be completed within quality and estimated Hrs.
- Processes, re-programming controls to ensure that everything is in order, sharpening and replacing worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and proper cutting tool selection.
- Maintaining daily production report
- Machine should be utilized maximum.

Qualifications-Certificate Course (ITI), 10th Pass (SSC), 12th Pass (HSE)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
