- Responding promptly to customer enqu
- Expertise in issuance, reissuance, and cancellations of tickets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

**Requirements**:

- Good geographical knowledge, such as city codes, airport codes, and so on.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the Travel Domain.
- Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Working Days - 6 days in a week (Rotational)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
