As a Digital Marketing Staff (AI Technician), you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns using artificial intelligence tools. You will work closely with the marketing team to analyze data, create insights and optimize campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop AI-powered digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to develop insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Implement and manage AI-powered marketing tools, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and improve customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI-powered digital marketing and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on AI-powered tools and technologies.
- Proficient in data analytics and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, such as chatGPT, chatbots, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
