**Warranty Executive**

**Reports to**: Warranty Manager / Branch Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warranty Claims Processing**: Handle and process warranty claims for products and services, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty issues, answering queries, and providing updates on the status of their claims.
- **Assessment and Verification**: Assess warranty claims and verify the eligibility of claims based on company policies and terms of service agreements.
- **Coordinate with Service Teams**: Work closely with service technicians and product teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty-related issues.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of warranty claims, including supporting documents, repair history, and correspondence with customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, warranty terms, and services to offer accurate advice and solutions to customers.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify potential issues related to claims or product malfunctions and work with relevant departments to address and resolve them.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports regarding warranty claims, resolution status, and customer feedback to the management team.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure that customers are satisfied with the warranty process and resolution, aiming for a positive experience and improved customer loyalty.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in any field or relevant technical qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in warranty management, customer service, or a similar field is preferred, but freshers with good communication and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.
- **Gender Preference**: Male (as per the requirement for the role).

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate with service teams, sales teams, and other departments.
