**_Job Title: Systems Operator _(IDSS)**

**_Function_**: Systems

**_Overall Job Objective ( Purpose): _** Responsible for day to day running of IDS - based TOM processes at Main Site OR Branch for the effective and efficient execution of the distributor strategies to support sales in selling volume, achieving RPS distribution/merchandising and pricing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education : _ Graduate, prefer B.Com
- Work Ex : _ Not required. 2-3 years of work ex in similar data-entry roles a bonus.
- Age : _ 22-27 years.
- Computer Skills : _

Microsoft Office ( word / excel / access )
- Business understanding : _

Ability to quickly grasp the Core Work Processes of Distributor Operations and generate reports.

- Database Maintenance
- Master Database File Maintenance
- Transaction Database File Maintenance
- Housekeeping
- 100% accurate and updated entries in Item Master, Price Master & Customer Master
- 100% compliance on step-by-step procedure in

Transaction File Maintenance
- 100% of reports and data generated in IDS are accurate, updated and complete.
- 100% compliance in doing posting & back-up procedures
- Maintains historical transactions as per requirements
- Purchase Order on P&G
- 100% MAS/OSDO orders entered by 1730hrs
- Updates Van Load Guide on suggested PO
- Uses suggested PO report module in IDS

3. Total order management
- 100% accurate orders, invoices and credit memo

4. Accounts Receivables - Remittance Processing
- 100% accurate and updated entries all remittances

5. Decision Support and Information Usage

a. Postings in P&G Customized Reports

b. Reports Generation/Usage
- 100% of transactions are posted in P&G Customized

Reports
- 100% accuracy of reports generated
- On-time submission of OPI data in P&G
- Maintain & support IT infrastructure
- Maintains printers & PCs
- Ensures all peripherals & consumables

are available
- Zero downtime of PCs & printers
- Printer stationery, ribbons, cartridge tapes & floppies

are available all the time

7. Daily System Maintenance Activities
- Posting, Backup, Virus Check done daily

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
