**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service mainly from a company which deals in UPS, Inverter.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Should have good Proficiency in MS- Office Tools
- Any Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
