- As an Associate IV Procurement at Continuum, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting reimbursement and travel modules, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices. People in this role will support teams in the US, EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific, performing a variety of complex, clerical and procurement functions within the global procurement department.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding reimbursement and travel-related inquiries, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and training as needed.
- Coordinate with travel management companies and suppliers to integrate travel booking, ensuring seamless travel procurement and expense reconciliation processes.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of expense reports and travel bookings to ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, travel management, and reimbursement/expenses processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement or expenses software.
