Position: Customer Services Associate (CSA)

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Location: Pune

Education Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate

Package: CTC-2.8 LPA

Work Experience:
customer service roles,

Experience in the Telecom Industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

2. Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Share feedback and suggestions to improve team performance.

3. Problem Solving:
Analyze customer issues and offer logical, practical solutions.

Anticipate potential obstacles and provide alternative resolutions.

4. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in company systems.

Prepare and update reports using MS Office tools like Word and Excel.

Skills and Abilities:
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Listening Skills:
Attentive to customer concerns, fostering understanding and trust.

Objection Handling Skills:
Proactively address objections and provide alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
Logical and structured approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in computers.

Additional Requirements:
Work Environment: Work from Office only.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
