**Job Description: HMC Machine Operator**

**Job Title**: HMC Machine Operator (Horizontal Machining Center)
**Department**: Production/Manufacturing
**Location**: Butibori

**Experience Required**: 2-5 years (or as per requirement)
**Education**: ITI

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor **HMC machines** to manufacture components as per the given drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders** to determine machine settings and adjustments.
- **Load and unload workpieces** on the HMC machine and select appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs.
- Perform **tool offset adjustments, tool changes, and program modifications** when required.
- Ensure the **accuracy of machined components** by conducting regular quality checks using **measuring instruments** like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Conduct **machine maintenance checks** to ensure smooth functioning and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a **clean and safe work environment** by following company safety protocols.
- **Document production activities** and maintain records of work done and tools used.
- Collaborate with **quality control** and **production teams** to achieve production targets and minimize downtime.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **HMC Machine Operator** in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings** and CNC programs.
- Proficient in using **measuring tools** such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Knowledge of **machine programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain)** is an advantage.
- Understanding of **tool wear, tool offsets, and cutting parameters**.
- Familiarity with **safety protocols** and **preventive maintenance practices**.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and attention to detail.
- **Physical stamina** to stand for long hours and handle heavy workpieces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
