**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for all interior materials.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- **Product Expertise & Presentation**:
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and recommend solutions tailored to client preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate sample distribution.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and homeowners.
- Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive post-sale experience.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management for product development and strategy improvements.
- **Operational Coordination**:
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain records of customer orders, payments, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
