We are looking for an enthusiastic **Sales Representative** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, reaching out to potential clients to showcase our job portal solutions. Your role will leverage your experience in **design, development, and digital marketing** to enhance your sales strategy and effectively communicate our value proposition.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

**Responsibilities**
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Requirements and skills**
- **Experience**: Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on cold calling and lead generation. Experience in design, development, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
- **Cold Calling Proficiency**: Expertise in initiating and managing cold calls to engage potential business clients, identify new opportunities, and secure meetings or demos.
- **Lead Generation**: Strong skills in identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into valuable business relationships, with a focus on expanding the client base and driving sales growth.
- **Design Experience**: Familiarity with design principles and tools that can aid in crafting compelling sales presentations and marketing materials. Ability to leverage design knowledge to enhance client engagement.
- **Development Knowledge**: Understanding of development processes and technologies, which can inform discussions about product features and capabilities, and help address technical queries from potential clients.
- **Digital Marketing Insight**: Experience in digital marketing strategies and tools that complement sales efforts. Ability to use digital marketing knowledge to create effective outreach campaigns and attract high-quality leads.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and present complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- **Compute Knowledge**: Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- **Language**: Proficient in English, Hindi.
- **Professional skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
