**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in identity, voice, and positioning across all visual elements.
- Create print-ready marketing materials such as business cards and other collateral as needed.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce visually appealing graphics that complement SEO-driven content strategies.
- **Video Editing & Production**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and website promotions.
- Develop video marketing assets that align with client objectives and enhance their online presence.
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of video campaigns, from storyboarding to final delivery.
- Work on specialized video projects, such as 360-degree virtual tours, particularly for real estate marketing.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure visual assets are integrated seamlessly into overall strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve visual output.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and visual concepts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design and video editing projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and SMM, and how visual content contributes to these strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
