Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Conceptualization & Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and develop compelling visual concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.
- **Animation & Design**: Design and animate engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, explainer videos, social media content, animated logos, and other digital assets using industry-standard software.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and enhance video footage, incorporating motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and music to create polished and professional video content.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all motion graphic outputs align with client brand guidelines and Evolvesocially's quality standards.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphic trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our visual content.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating progress effectively.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients efficiently and iteratively.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced creative environment.
- **Portfolio**: A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion graphic design, animation, and video editing skills.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

- **Adobe After Effects (essential)**:

- **Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)**:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant plus.
- **Design Principles**: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- **Storytelling**: Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging animated stories.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to generate fresh, original ideas.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)**
- Experience with UI/UX animation.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Experience with sound design and audio mixing for video.
