1. Weekly and dally planning coordination with Factory quality inspectors.
2. Preparation of Measurement sheet, Purchase order, & invoices.
3. Preparation of E-invoice, E-Way Bills, Sales Invoice & Custom sales invoice.
4. Proper verification of Bill, Mining certificates & Shipping bill copies.
5. Preparation of MIS and daily logistics activity reports for Management.
6. Getting the quotations, analysis of quotation w.r.t. market and offer to vendors.
7. Need to make Data analysis of monthly export records and follow-up for the same to get on time with data team.
8. Weekly data needs to be properly backed up.
9. To ensure proper quality material is dispatched and take appropriate actions as per SOP.
10. Preparation of quarterly data regarding client wise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
