Central coordinator between internal company departments (sales, Quality, Production and Purchase) and external transport agencies.
- Prepare dispatch schedule based on the sales order.
- Coordinate customer sampling and dispatch.
- Preparation of invoices (local & export), e-way bills, etc.
- Preparing weekly /monthly stock and dispatch MIS.
- Ensure up-to-date finished good stock status in coordination with production.
- Ensure appropriate availability of quality certificates between the quality department and the customer.
- Supply purchase in procurement and making POs
- Coordinate with QC for information on the testing report status of finished goods
- Coordinate with production to keep a tap of finished goods stock from time to time
- Coordinate with marking and sales to give correct information on the availability of finished goods and dispatch schedules of the same for local and export customers
- Follow up with dispatch planning on production /testing and sales, also logistic-related documents.
- Coordination with production, planning of delivery with the factory team for every order against the sales order & update sales & marketing on a day-to-day basis.
- Sampling-related input to QC for every order and follow up
- Follow up with Qc for samples /COAs & planning for dispatch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 per month
