The position will work as a member of our IT Maximo Support team responsible for the technical support of the client’s EAM system (MAXIMO) and interfaces with back-end support from our entire technical and management team.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1. Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to the following**:
2. Serve as primary contact Maximo Administration issues.

3. Collaborate with management to design workflows, reports and any system enhancements.

4. Perform Maximo screen customizations as needed.

5. Attendance at client meetings.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with management and others.

7. Facilitate, participate and document user requirements during definition.

8. Strategic thinking to assist in proposing least cost solution and estimating timelines.

9. Preplanning of upgrade and patch activities.

10. Define, design, develop, test, document and maintain interfaces.

11. Perform integration testing.

12. Business process improvement recommendations.

13. Maintain and create data templates for loading.

14. Develop and support data loads utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework.

15. Support of system upgrades in the Maximo product as well as add-ons.

17. Continuously collaborate with internal Maximo Development teams.

18. Provide other system support or perform other duties as may be required.

19. Attend daily/weekly/monthly calls with clients.

20. Share daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports with clients

21. Share daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual status on progress of deliverables with clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
